TO MAKE A COPY:
✅ Step 1: Open the Shared Google Sheet

Click the link to the shared Google Sheet.

It will open in View Only mode (you won’t be able to edit it directly).
✅ Step 2: Click on the File Menu

In the top-left corner, click File.

A dropdown menu will appear.
✅ Step 3: Select Make a Copy
-
In the dropdown, click on "Make a copy".

A pop-up will open asking you to name your new file.
✅ Step 4: Choose a Folder (Optional)

You can choose where to save the copy in your Google Drive.
-
Pick a folder or leave it in the default location.
✅ Step 5: Click OK
-
Your own editable copy will open in a new tab.

You now have full editing access!
TO DOWNLOAD A PDF:
✅ Step 1: Open the Google Sheet

Click on the shared link to open the Google Sheet in your browser.
✅ Step 2: Click on the File Menu

In the top-left corner, click File to open the dropdown options.
✅ Step 3: Choose Download → PDF Document (.pdf)
-
Hover over Download, then click on PDF Document (.pdf).
✅ Step 4: Adjust PDF Export Settings (Optional)

A pop-up will appear where you can:

Select the specific sheet to save

Set paper size, orientation, and scaling

Adjust margins and headers if needed
-
✅ Step 5: Click Export
-
Click the Export or Download button.

The file will save to your device as a PDF.
TO RENAME THE PDF:

✅Step 1: Locate the PDF file either on your Desktop or Download folder, wherever you normally save files
​
✅Step 2: Either

Left click once on the File icon and then left click again, the file name will be highlighted Or
-
Right click on the File icon, click Show more options then Rename and the file name will be highlighted
✅Step 3: Save your file in the format Your name, (Invoice number), Date
