1. Charges are reviewed each business year and may vary depending on the location of the assessment or therapy session.

2. Petrol will be charged at 50p per mile from the Therapists' base. Mileage will be calculated using Google Maps and you will be charged for a return journey.

3. Initial consultations are to be paid in advance of the session.

​

4. Payment is required following each therapy session/review. This can be paid via cash or bank transfer. Payment requested via invoice must be received within 5 days.

5. Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the appointment. If this notice is not given, you will be charged in full for the session planned.

6. Personal information is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Therapist will store personal data as required for therapy.

​

7. Relevant information will be shared with other actively involved professionals but not passed on to other third parties. If total confidentiality is desired, the Therapist must be informed in writing.

​

8. The Therapist works in accordance with professional guidelines from the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.

​

9. The Therapist reserves the right to cease services with a minimum 2 week notice period.
